figma weave payment stuck on processing

When upgrading your plan or purchasing additional generation top-ups, your transaction may get stuck on a screen reading "Processing payment..." or hang indefinitely. This usually happens when security extensions block confirmation popups or when backend gateways experience network delays.

Quick checks

• Disable aggressive ad blockers, privacy shields, or VPNs that might block 3D Secure verification popups.
• Check your banking app to see if a temporary authorization hold was placed or declined.

1. Do not refresh the checkout tab immediately.

Wait at least two minutes to avoid triggering duplicate transaction requests on your credit card. Payment processors often hold the connection while waiting for card issuer handshakes.

1. Open checkout in an Incognito window.

Browser extensions like privacy scripts or cookie blockers frequently interrupt payment authorization scripts. Copy the billing portal URL, open a fresh Incognito or Private window without active extensions, and complete the payment attempt.

1. Complete 3D Secure / Multi-Factor Authentication.

If your credit card provider requires biometric or SMS authentication, ensure the pop-up window was not blocked by your browser. Look for a blocked popup icon in your browser address bar and allow popups from Figma.

1. Verify payment gateway availability.

If the payment service dropped the connection mid-transaction, check if Figma Weave is down or suffering connectivity issues before attempting another payment.
